"Stopped to visit family in vicinity while awaiting a load. Found a coolant leak and reached out to Mark. Went over issue, sent pics via text, made determination to bring to shop rather than road service. Sent him engine tag and vin via text and Mark began checking part availability wheel enroute to his shop. They immediately got me in and began work verifying part needs. Found additional parts needs and ordered with parts to arrive next day! Next day, parts were received and repairs were completed quickly and effectively! Had a great visit with Mark and his staff! "Was looking all over Paris 1 day for a shop that could get my Ranger (yes I said a Ranger) in to have a bolt extruded from my engine block. Mind you not many people even deal with anything like that nowadays. Most shops I called just blew me off and/or said they were booked up for weeks. This little Ranger is my daily driver and I was in dire need to get her done. I was in quick(same day), great work(same day) and at an excellent price(very rare). "I called on a Saturday close to there closing time. Mr Mark could have really made a good payday by coming out to my truck. Instead he stayed late at his shop, after talking to me and asking questions about my issue I was able limp my tractor to his shop. He stayed further and diagnosed the issue took me to a hotel, made sure I was good and now Monday my truck will be ready. Very, very good people. I would highly recommend him. Outside of his job you dont meet good people like that on the road that often. If im ever in the area I will be stopping by at the very least to say hello."
