Stopped to visit family in vicinity while awaiting a load. Found a coolant leak and reached out to Mark. Went over issue, sent pics via text, made determination to bring to shop rather than road service. Sent him engine tag and vin via text and Mark began checking part availability wheel enroute to his shop. They immediately got me in and began work verifying part needs. Found additional parts needs and ordered with parts to arrive next day! Next day, parts were received and repairs were completed quickly and effectively! Had a great visit with Mark and his staff!
